Wilton Sanders founded Sanders Law Firm, LLC, the predecessor to Sanders Welch, LLC, in 2001. A Member of the State Bar of Georgia since 1974, Mr. Sanders is also authorized to practice before the United States Tax Court and Federal District Court. His law practice is focused on the following areas:

Retirement planning, administration and legal compliance for retirement plans for companies with fewer than 100 employees

Business formation and planning including compliance, mergers and succession planning

Estate Planning and Administration.
Mr. Sanders was formerly an Adjunct Professor at the American College of Life Underwriters teaching Advanced Pension Planning (through Georgia State University).
